1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Kopi's Meta Ads AI Assistant service ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kopi provides an AI-powered platform that connects to your Meta Ads Manager account to:

  • Sync and analyze campaign performance data
  • Generate AI-powered insights and recommendations
  • Create and optimize ad creatives using AI
  • Automate campaign scaling and budget management

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have authority to connect Meta Ads accounts on behalf of your organization

4. Meta Ads Account Connection

By connecting your Meta Ads Manager account, you:

  • Grant Kopi permission to access your Meta Ads data via secure OAuth
  • Authorize us to read campaign performance metrics and creative assets
  • Understand that we use read-only permissions where possible
  • May disconnect your account at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to spam, phish, or engage in fraudulent activities
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

Kopi uses artificial intelligence to generate ad creatives, copy, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy and performance, AI-generated content may contain errors or may not always meet your expectations. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Kopi and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.

8. Payment and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF YOUR META ADS CAMPAIGNS OR THE RESULTS OF AI-GENERATED RECOMMENDATIONS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOPI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your Meta Ads account and deleting your Kopi account.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
